We provide a comprehensive benefits package including flexible benefits which allow all employees to have a choice in the benefits they receive. Everybody has the opportunity to select different benefits depending on their circumstances. Our working hours are driven by the needs of our customers (both internal and external). So long as customer service is not affected and your hours are maintained we aim to enable you to balance that with working hours that fit with your personal circumstances.

Annual Leave

In addition to 8 days’ public holiday, we provide a minimum of 20 days’, rising to 27 days’ per year depending on Allianz service and previous relevant experience.

Salaries

Salaries are related to performance and are usually reviewed annually, on 1st May.

Bonus Schemes

Bonus is paid annually depending upon individual and Company performance.

Pension Scheme

The Company has a non contributory Money Purchase Staff Pension Scheme. If you choose to make additional contributions, then subject to certain limits, we will match those contributions.

Employee Share Ownership Plan

The share ownership plan enables you to buy shares in Allianz AG on a special basis allowing you to participate in the shareholding of the Allianz group.

Staff Introductory Awards

In many cases, if you introduce a new employee to us, we will give you a cash award.
