What is it?

The Engineer Development Programme is a twelve month development programme aimed at Engineering Operations and Standards which provides an excellent route for gaining and developing the skills and experience necessary for future career moves. The programme first launched within the business in June 2004 and our clear aim is that it is exciting, challenging and demanding for those on the programme, while at the same time providing rewards in terms of personal growth and broadened experience.

How will it benefit me?

There are a number of reasons why the Engineer Development Programme has been specially designed, developed and tailored to our business environment. It provides learning and development opportunities, the chance to develop skills and competencies and support career progression, while at the same time aiding succession planning within the business.

The programme structure is designed to cater for different learning styles and to include the best range of development mechanisms available to us. It will include four two day workshops at three monthly intervals, exposure to all business areas through field development activities and self driven learning.
